Bron Afon intends to establish a thirteen (13) lot Framework Agreement [‘Framework’] to fulfil its requirements for a period of twenty-four (24) months with the option to extend by two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months each. The estimated value of Works per annum is two million pounds sterling (2 000 000 GBP) over all lots; however, Bron Afon do not bind themselves to purchase any level or service or quantity of goods through the Framework.
