Variant Submissions can be considered

We have been approached by an organisation enquiring about the possibility of modular, off-site construction methods for this project.

Should a tenderer wish to provide an alternative tender for a non-traditional construction method, then this could be considered upon tender return.

An alternative tender for an alternative construction method will only be considered if a standard, traditional tender is submitted by the same company, for a traditional construction method, in accordance with the tender documents.

Provided that the method of construction meets all of CCG's and DQR requirement and standard set out in the tender documents, CCG are open for proposals for traditional and non-traditional methods of construction. Should a non-traditional method of construction be offered, please outline all the benefits that this would offer, and confirm that all the necessary requirements are met.

Please note that, in line with the tender documents, CCG are not bound to accept the lowest priced tender.
